Dr. J's Calcium Uptake Formula

High calcium levels in the body can lead to disease conditions commonly associated with excesses such as arteriosclerosis, arthritis, diabetes, hypothyroidism, irritability, mental disorders, nervousness and hormonal imbalances. Dr. J’s Calcium Uptake Formula

Alfalfa – Decreases cholesterol levels and shrinks atherosclerotic plaque.  Contains vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, and U.  One of only two known land plants that contain vitamin B12.  One of the richest chlorophyll foods.  Useful to prevent mineral deficiencies.

Dulse-One of the most nutritious edible seaweeds.  It contains all 43 trace minerals.  It is rich in protein, fluoride and iron.

Hawthorn Berry – Contains proanthocyanidins and anthocyanidins that stabilize collagen structures.
